Sjatoo010 Chateau 010 2023 white wine

The Chateau White 2022 was already surprising, but the wine from the 2023 harvest exceeds our expectations. All the love and manual labor of the volunteers can be tasted in the fresh, refined, and fruity wine that underwent vinification at the Dutch Winemakers Center in Bentelo. Fruity aromas provide an initial delightful scent experience. Notes of tropical fruit, apple, and a very light acidity offer a pleasant aftertaste and pair excellently as an aperitif and with dishes of white meat, fish, poultry, and asparagus.
